Before coming to Grace for lessons Max had lost confidence in his ability to learn to play the drums. He had given up.

Since starting with Grace he has been relaxed and enjoys playing the drums. He has gained confidence and likes her methods of teaching. If he does not understand something he feels able to ask Grace to explain it again.

Grace is a very professional, polite young lady. She helped our son Tomas gain the confidence he needed to complete his grade 3 exam. He enjoyed her lessons and we noticed the difference in his playing and attitude in the months she spent with him. Tomas went on to gain his grade 3 Rockschool. Without those few months of lessons with Grace, the outcome may have been very different.

Harry had been playing drums for some time but was making little progress. Thankfully, Grace offered to tutor Harry and within a short space of time Harry has made great progress.

Grace has excellent communication skills and has natural teaching ability. Her planning, recording and instructions for lessons are always meticulous and methodical.

Above all Grace’s passion for music has made lessons fun and creative for Harry.

Max has started off really well and is very keen to learn and improve his drumming. Grace seems to keep Max interested and focussed throughout, he is now reading music which he could never do before.

Grace is an inspirational drummer and teacher. She always explains clearly what I need to do and tells me when I’m playing well. I really enjoy her lessons and wouldn’t have got through my exams without her.

Grace worked with me to prepare me for my grade 3 exam. In this time she has helped with my confidence and also my chosen pieces.

She is very professional in her teaching role and she made me feel relaxed and confident. I went on to gain my grade 3 in Rockschool syllabus.
